This remembers me a bug that I opened (416819) about managed formats.
Just a simple dialog that users can display selecting Help->Supported
Formats, with an info table showing the current "status" and the GST
plugin to install in order to play music file formats.
PS That's true, we could put those info in user manual, but the coolness
of the dialog are
a) you could link to "codec buddy" stuff
b) the dialog show the current system situation
