[Rhythmbox-devel] more queue bits

I finally got around to arguing with drag and drop etc.,
enabling double clicking on queue entries, and implementing the 
'queue as slightly magical source' variant.

If no one else has any other ideas for how it might work, I'm about
ready to move on to something else in my list of things to vaguely hack
on.
