[Rhythmbox-devel] Can't build rhythmbox

I can't get rhythmbox to build. I have installed gstreamer-0.8 and
gstreamer-0.9.


checking for            gstreamer-0.8 >= 0.8.1 gstreamer-libs-0.8 >= 0.8.1
                gstreamer-control-0.8 >= 0.8.1 gstreamer-gconf-0.8 >=
0.8.1... Package gstreamer-libs-0.8 was not found in the pkg-config
search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gstreamer-libs-0.8.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
