[Rhythmbox-devel] Make pause work with broken GStreamer 0.8

Attached is a patch that allows pause to release the device.
I haven't tested it with anything but local files, which means it probably
breaks everywhere else ;)
It also has issues when the device was releaed and it seeks back - sometimes
there's already audio coming out (maybe muting volume until seeking works might
solve this).

Anyway, I'll leave it up to you what you do with this hack.
