[Rhythmbox-devel] music library problems

I've been have serious problems with the xml backend lately. First is 
that anytime I make a change to the library rb segfaults on the next 
launch. It will segfault a handful of times and then finally launch. The 
most recent problem I'm having is that rb will not create the xml file. 
Anything I add to the library is lost as soon as I exit.

This directory is always empty
/home/roberts/.gnome2/rhythmbox/

I'm using rb 0.67 release tarball with the xine 1.0rc3 backend.
