It's a GStreamer bug introduced in 0.6.3 which should be fixed in
GStreamer 0.6.4.

There's a lot of demand for this, it's just not implemented yet.  We'd
like for GStreamer to support this kind of thing natively, because then
we could automatically edit the tags of any format that had a GStreamer
plugin.
