I would do it something like this:
- unrated songs have a medium probability of being played
- rated songs have a probability of being played depending on their rating (3
stars is medium, less is low, more is high)
So songs you like (>3 stars) will be played more often, songs that you haven't
rated and songs with 3 stars will be played 'normally', songs with low
ratings will be played less often.
