Why not just use musicbrainz to retag the library, its already a dep for
monkey media right?? and it supports audio fingerprinting:

thats for a windows only app they've made, but if its in the musicbrainz
library then we can already us it... of course before any of this stuff
can be done, tagging must be fixed in gst.
