[gnome-clocks] UI freeze break

Hello,

I would like to ask for a UI freeze approval for GNOME Clocks. We have tried to finish the redesign of the four panels before UI freeze but we have got only two panels in and we would like to get a UI freeze break to get the two other panels in.
