Hm, I feel like most of what we do is just tell people to report a private bug against the affected module.

How about a Teams/Security product on GitLab? We can decommission security@ and replace it with an autoresponder directing people to use GitLab.

We can also create Teams/Release and immediately decommission release-team@. We can figure out how to use Discourse later; first I'd like to prioritize turning off the mailing list spam faucet.
