gtk+ freeze break request

Hi,

It's been reported in bug 763749:

  (Nautilus desktop window is too small with gtk 3.19)

that a recent change in gtk+ 3.19 is causing a regression in Nautilus, the Nautilus desktop window ends up 
being much smaller than the expected screen size.

This is because Nautilus sets both a size request and a default size, and the default size is used (wherea 
before default size on fixed size windows would be ignored).

I would request a freeze break to be able to push the fix for that issue:
