Well, GNOME Software allows you to re-arrange the apps into folders
that appear in GNOME Shell, so doing this would mean you're not able
to put core apps in folders anymore. Perhaps I can do something with
<metadata>, although I know how much you like that :)
Not at all ^^ - unless it's a GNOME-only feature (but then I still
don't like it).
But what is wrong with using compulsory_for_desktop and disallowing
removal of those apps which have GNOME declared?
