https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=761245 lists five unmerged
patches, two of them have an ack. So for some reason you did not try to
get an ack for the third patch, if I understand you correctly?

Some parts of those patches seem to collide (322488 and 322167 both
change "location-vbox" in privacy.ui). 
Maybe someone else is more awake.
