Freeze break exception for GNOME Software

Hi,

Kalev and I would like to remove the Software Sources dialog from GNOME
Software until [1] (a bug that causes GNOME to be silently uninstalled
;) can be fixed. Can we get a UI freeze exception for this, please?

Impact on translations: none, all the strings will remain
Impact on documentation: none, there is no documentation
