This is a simple fix which prevents gtk print dialog from crashing if
/tmp is not writable. It also shows correct information that getting of
printer details failed (it doesn't change UI or any string).
The patch consists of initialization of 2 pointers, 1 check for correct
signal id and 1 move of initialization of the state of getting of
printer details (see the comment #7).
The patch has been already accepted.
Let me accept it again with a different hat on: +1 for the release team.
