Don't use gnome-termnal 3.11.0 for Gnome 3.11.2 release

Hi;

it has been pointed out to me that the gnome-terminal 3.11.0 tarball is
broken, since it includes a wrong gsettings schema file. This is
due to a build system bug. I'd retract the tarball, but the ftpadmin
script has no such option. 

Please don't include this g-t in the Gnome 3.11.2 release.
