Hi all,
nautilus-sendto has been in a quite broken state for some time now, with
many of the plugins not working correctly if at all.
In the long term, I think we should have the concept of a generic DBus
"sharing service" API applications can use, but a more short-term solution
is to just strip down nautilus-sendto so that its arguably most important
feature (sending files by email) is nicely integrated and works correctly
(tracked in bug [1]).
This was on our roadmap for 3.6, but it was too late in the cycle back then
to make this change. Six months later we're essentially at the same point,
and I think it makes sense now to push for this change to be included in the
release.
Patches are on the bug report, feedback and comments appreciated.

I'm in favour of taking this; we shouldn't let breakage like this
persist through multiple releases.
