Glade and 3.8 release

Hello guys, I want to let you know that I do not think glade is ready to
be released with GNOME 3.8.
When I released Glade 3.15 I did not had the intention for it to get
into this release cycle. Sorry I did not tell you before.
As you probably know it is just me working on glade and I could not keep
up this time.

Current master broke UI and string freeze, so I think it is your call if
you want to include this or not, I would recommend using Glade 3.14
instead if so I will make sure to fix most important bugs before 3.8
release.
