gnome-control-center UI change plan

Hi,

I plan to prepare a UI change for "New printer dialog" in Printers
panel. It should be a minimal change adding authenticated samba servers
to the list shown in the dialog. User will be then able to select it,
authenticate against it and see printers available on it (replacing the
item of the server in the list).

I hope that I'll have the patch prepared for commit at next week's
Wednesday (4th of September).
