These changes hit the 3.2 branch yesterday.

There was a string change to the mockup that I posted: 'On AC power'
became 'When plugged in'. The 'Never' combobox entry was also changed
to 'Don't suspend', although that wasn't specified in the design I
circulated.

I hope that's OK.
