Metacity tarball for 3.0

Hi Thomas,

We will really need a new metacity tarball for GNOME 3.0. Would it be
possible to create one ASAP, that would contain the changes from git?
This way, we'd have a few more days to make sure it's tested.

If you can't do it, we can handle it for you.
