I've ported that script as well. Now all the release_set_scripts are
available in ftpadmin. It checks if the suite as already released; the
modules have the version, etc.

The ftpadmin works on the new master.gnome.org, available at IP address:
  209.132.180.178

I'm planning to switch master.gnome.org from window to the new VM either
today or tomorrow *if* I am comfortable.
