Anjuta freeze break request

We have just found a bug in anjuta breaking program installation:

A recent patch always quote the command for installing a program ("make 
install") while it should not be done when the command can be run 
directly or prefixed only with sudo.

The fix checks if the prefix really needed a quoted command (by example 
if using "su -c") or not:

Installing a program is quite important for anjuta. Could we commit this 
patch?
