Right, so when you hold down the Alt key you see an item "Power Off..."
If you click that item a dialog appears, right now with two buttons
(and maybe a list
of apps):
[ Cancel ] [ Shut Down ]
The patch changes this to three buttons
[ Cancel ] [ Restart ] [ Power Off ]

So the change is mainly just adding a button in the middle.
