Resigning from RT

I believe it is time to resign and go emeritus. I haven't had much to
contribute to the team lately, and this is unlikely to change soon.

Instead, I'd love to see someone else pick up my RT hat. Fresh blood
from the community, with more energy to contribute on our way towards
the big three.

Release Team". ;)
