Maintainer away until end of month

Hi release team,

I'll be unavailable until the end of the month. I have released tarballs
for 3.1.5 (gnome-desktop, gnome-menus, gnome-session, libwnck,
gnome-panel), but I won't be there to deal with any issue that they
might have, or to release 3.1.90.

Please feel free to fix things there while I'm away.
