Allowing people to subscribe to release-team

Hey,

As our archives are public, I think we should allow people to subscribe
to the release-team list. Any objections?


Note: Currently that means they'll also receive the security gnome org
emails. I'll test if I can setup something like release-team-readonly or
probably release-team-lurkers list (as readonly doesn't really make
sense).
