2.31.92 status

Hey,

Just to let you know: I've started some build of 2.31.92. However, it
will be mostly useless as we need a new gobject-introspection (with
--strip-prefix support; Colin just wanted to fix an issue when building
telepathy-glib), and we probably want to wait for the glib release (that
will remove GApplication; I'm pinging Ryan to see when it'll be done).
So I'll restart a build from scratch when I'll have those.

As far as I understand, we also need a new GStreamer tarball to get it
to build with gobject-introspection [1], so feel free to ping GStreamer
hackers whenever you see them. I didn't get much success when asking in
#gstreamer today...
