Two patches for gedit

Hi guys,

I have two isolated patches for the gedit snippets plugin that fixes a 
bug in handling accelerators. We'd like to push this because it's 
isolated from the gedit core, and it doesn't affect basic installations 
(since the snippets plugin is not activated by default), but it's 
sufficiently annoying the users which have the plugin enabled already.
