Ask for an approval to commit a one-liner in GtkHTML for 2.30.0

	Hi all,
I would like to ask you for an approval to commit change in bug
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=613181
which is about Evolution, when selected certain HTML email, the GtkHTML
component could get stuck for ever, eating user's CPU. The fix is a
one-liner, returning back a mistakenly removed statement from the code.
It would be nice to have this included in 2.30.0, but as we are under
Hard code freeze, then I cannot do that directly, thus asking you.
