UI Freeze break request

This is kind of late, but i've been getting a lot of feedback from users
on my change in nautilus to put the tabs on the bottom. That was mostly
an experiment and it seems to not have been successfull. So, i request
permission to change this back.

The actual change is a one-line revert of this commit:
