Regular gnome-shell releases

Hi gnome-shell devs. Above is a small extract of a small release-team
meeting @ FOSDEM.

Among other things we discussed the lack of regular releases of
gnome-shell. We'd appreciate if you'd regularly release a new version.
We need regular releases to ensure more people are easily able to test
gnome-shell (via distribution packages). 

Please make a release soon and regular releases after that.
