Hacking at GUADEC

GUADEC usually isn't an event too focussed on hacking, mainly due to
meeting people, discussions, parties, etc.

But IMO we could still focus this GUADEC on perhaps some items which we
would like to be resolved.


Further, perhaps we could request patch writers again? To solve specific
GNOME Goals. Some new GNOME goals have been added. Think some would be
nice to make official. Lastly, maybe we should send out a sort of press
release requesting help.
