Release teamers:

I noticed that yelp-xsl is in the 2.31.6 module set. Yelp
2.30 uses gnome-doc-utils, not yelp-xsl. So GNOME 2.32
doesn't need to ship yelp-xsl. Sorry, I should have been
more clear about this in my original email.
