2.31.6 will be a bit late

Hi all,

After fixing a bunch of issues and talking to more people, 2.31.6 is
currently building on my computer. There are still a few suboptimal
things (we use the 2.30 branch for 8 modules, but this is getting fixed
-- should be okay for 2.31.90).

I've committed everything and
http://download.gnome.org/teams/releng/2.31.6/ contains the modulesets.
But I'll have to disappear for the rest of the day, so I can't make sure
everything builds fine nor make some smoketesting.

I'll resume work on this tomorrow morning. So we'll be one day late...
