Hard code freeze break request

Hi

I'd like to request a hard code freeze break for two i18n bugs I 
discovered yesterday.

The first is on the Display capplet, the items of the Rotation dropdown 
do not appear translated, despite they are:

The second is about Totem plugins written in Python, the translated 
strings of those plugins do not appear translated:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=574700

Is is ok to commit these?
