Moduleset for 2.25.92

Hey hey,

Modulesets for 2.25.92 are available at
  http://download.gnome.org/teams/releng/2.25.92/

I've started a build.

Note that for some reason, convert-to-tarballs.py wasn't able to
download gnome-desktop nor glibmm. Not sure what is wrong there. But I
manually fixed this.
