We currently start accepting new proposals for 2.27.92 (Sep 07).
We decided to change this to 2.27.90 (Aug 10).

Current end of new (app) modules proposal period is 2.29.2 (Nov 16).
To we keep that deadline or do we also move it to an earlier date?
I propose moving it to 2.29.1 (Oct 26).
