totem 2.29.2 depending on gstreamer pre-release

Hi Bastien,

While trying to build GNOME 2.29.4 for the release, one issue I'm facing
is that totem currently requires gst-plugins-base 0.10.25.1. As far as I
know, the 0.10.x.y releases of gstreamer are pre-releases, and so I'm
not sure we should use them. If you think it's safe, I can force the
release to use it in some way (I guess I'll need to upload the tarball,
but not a big deal).

Do you know what should be done here?
