Unavailable for 2.29.4

Hello all,

I marked myself as handling the 2.29.4 release (Dec 23rd) but I won't
be at home and I am not sure at all I'll have a network connection at
that time.

Vincent would be okay doing it, especially as he has yet to announce
he won't be able to manage the 2.28.2 release (Dec 16th).

I can swap with any release in 2010.
