Advisory Board meeting about 2.28.0 and release process in general

Hey all,

We'll likely have an advisory board meeting about 2.28.0 and the release
process this week. This is not 100% confirmed yet for various reasons,
but if it happens, it'd be on Wednesday afternoon (UTC time, around 3PM
UTC, I believe).

The goal would be to give an update on the current release, maybe with a
few words on how 2.29/3.0 is shaping up too, and to answer questions
people have around the release process and how decisions are taken. (we
want it to be an interactive meeting, not one where we talk all the
time)

Are there some people who'd be interested to join?
