That page mentions nothing about updating anything on the wiki.  The
only clue I found was on the wiki page I referenced above:

"If you have proposed newer modules, there appears to be general
consensus for your proposals, and the release team hasn't responded
within a week, please send an email to release-team@
<http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/release-team> asking that we
update this page."

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious...
