So it appears I'm the all-new GNOME Mobile Release Manager. :) This is at present an unofficial part of GNOME, but the plan is to try to release a GNOME Mobile 2.24 at the same time as GNOME 2.24 is released, and be part of the official GNOME release for 2.26. So, the goals as far as I see it are: - Create/maintain the mobile jhbuild release set - Try and convince the svn-only forks to merge back, or make tarball releases (specifically gconf-dbus and eds-dbus) - Covertly introduce Clutter into the mobile platform without anyone else noticing - Review pending modules for inclusion - Be part of an official GNOME release in the near future! Release team: I sent this mail so that you are aware of what is being planned. I'll try and keep you up to date with the progress, and hopefully once the mobile suite has stabilised we can consider Mobile becoming an official GNOME module. gnome-embedded: any other tasks I should work on?
