GNOME Goals and applications/libraries

The recent list of show stoppers reminded me to ask a question.
Each of the wiki status pages has a list of apps and libraries.

    >

    > gnome-python-desktop, anjuta, gnome-devel-docs (update), GnomePython

    > * http://live.gnome.org/GioPort :
    > PATCHES: bug-buddy, fusa, gtksourceview, libgweather
    > TODO: alacarte, control-center, ekiga, gedit, gnome-applets,
    > gnome-main-menu, gnome-media, gnome-python-desktop, gnome-utils, pygtk,
    > pygtksourceview, seahorse-plugins, gtk+, sabayon, anjuta, gdl

Where is that being generated ?
What is required to get gnumeric/goffice/libgsf added to the stock list ?
