I've committed the version change, and tagged the release, but I can't
build a tarball as glib 2.15.4 is failing the regression tests, and I
therefore can't build libsoup 2.3.0.1 either. Feel free to make a
tarball and upload it to ftp as I'm unable to do so at this time.
