External dependencies updates

Have to leave the computer, but here are some changes to the external
deps that we should probably do (sending the mail so I don't forget
things -- yay for using mailing lists as a public TODO list :-)):

 + add autogen to the external dep list. It's needed by anjuta.
 + add mono stuff there. We already agreed that it was missing.

Frederic Peters added all this to the modulesets in jhbuild, so all the
required information is there, I guess.
