libglade release

I'm going to make a release of (maintainerless) libglade because I
noticed that there was an important bug fix:

	* glade/glade-xml.c (glade_xml_new_from_buffer): Don't call 
	g_free on a GObject.  Pointed out by Peter Clifton.
