So Carlos quickly fixed the liboobs issue, but there's still another:

David Zeuthen has proposed PolicyKit as an external dependency and
made a pretty strong case for it with no dissensions, so perhaps we
should just bless it and update jhbuild, GARNOME, and the wiki?

Also, Carlos: you bumped the dependency on system-tools-backends to
2.5.2 without proposing the bump.  I'm not against the bump, but since
it's external this really does need to be done (just a quick email to
release-team will do) and people given time to update jhbuild, GARNOME
and the wiki.

I'll work on the release again tonight after work...unless you'd like
to take over Kjartan, which would be great (I've got the current
moduleset and versions file up on ftp.gnome.org, if you want to use
it, though I'm guessing you have your own copy.)
