Let's start an agenda:

 + 2.19 schedule
 + slushy code freeze discussion
 + roadmap process
 + improving release notes (?)
 + members leaving the team, and people joining the team (?)
 + knowing who will do which releases
 + distribution of other tasks
 + add an item I forgot here

And you were hoping we'd be able to keep it short? ;-)
