GLib, GTK+ releases for 2.19.3

Hey release team,

turns out my recent GLib and GTK+ releases contained some ugly bugs:

I think we will have fixes for both in place soon, and I would be
willing to roll another set of releases tomorrow, if you think that
it is worthwhile delaying 2.19.3 a bit for that. I probably can't get
them out today...
